Why does my laptop keep
showing a blue screen?
A blue screen means Windows stopped because it detected a serious problem. One crash can be temporary; repeated crashes deserve diagnosis.
What you can safely check first
Write down or photograph the stop code. Think about what changed just before the crashes started: a Windows update, new driver, app, RAM, SSD or USB device. If Windows still starts, back up important files before deeper troubleshooting.
