Licences and replacement hardware are separate because legitimate licence cost depends on edition and customer entitlement.
ADA activates Windows and Microsoft Office only with a valid customer licence/digital entitlement or a legitimate licence supplied and quoted separately. Hardware, replacement parts, complex data recovery, travel outside normal Rundu service area and specialist third-party licences are quoted separately.
Diagnosis comes first. If the scope changes after inspection, ADA confirms the new scope before major work.
