Upgrade advice

Should I upgrade
RAM or SSD first?

The best upgrade is the one that fixes the actual bottleneck. Buying both without checking the device can waste money.

When SSD should come first

If the laptop still uses a mechanical hard drive, startup and app loading can improve dramatically with a compatible SSD. Storage health should also be checked before migration.

When RAM should come first

If memory is regularly full while browsing, studying, editing or running several apps, additional compatible RAM may improve multitasking and reduce slowdowns.

Compatibility matters

Not every laptop has upgradeable RAM, and SSD types differ. ADA Tech checks model support, available slots, capacity limits and the existing system before parts are recommended.

Upgrade or replace the laptop?

Very old CPUs, poor battery condition, damaged boards or unsupported operating systems can make replacement a better long-term decision than repeated upgrades.
